The Hylec Controls solution is expertly designed to offer a reliable and effective solution for maintaining constant loads in long-term creep and stress rupture testing of metallic materials, following ASTM E139 guidelines, with the longer term creep testing machine.
These tests can range from just a few hours to over 10,000 hours, and to ensure the accuracy and precision of the results, our lever arm loading system is equipped with dead weights. This loading system is not only highly reliable but also cost-effective for prolonged testing.
Our hydraulic unit is responsible for pumping oil to the frame and stopping once the requested constant level is achieved. Following this, the integrated springs apply creep to the specimen, providing consistent and reliable results throughout the entire testing process.
