The GBB-R Melt Flow Index Tester is a precision testing instrument for packaging materials, developed and manufactured by the Guangzhou Standard Research and Development Team in accordance with ISO, GB standards, and market requirements. It is designed to measure thermoplastic melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR).

Test Principle The instrument calculates the melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR) by extruding molten material through a die with specified length and diameter under designated temperature and load conditions.

Standard GB/T 9643, GB/T 3682, JB/T 5456, ISO 1133
